Acid attack acquital

Moss & Co have conducted thousands of Crown Court cases and their experience tells in the results.

Moss & Co client acquitted of all charges over an alleged acid attack. Our client was found not guilty at trial of an alleged acid attack at a nightclub in East London. During the trial prosecution witnesses were cross examined and gave conflicting evidence casting doubt on the identification of the suspect. This led to a successful submission that the prosecution evidence was weak and that there was no case for our client to answer. Not guilty verdicts were returned in respect of two charges of applying a corrosive substance with intent and possession of an offensive weapon. This case was conducted by advocate George Gross and solicitor Jamie Ritchie.
