To include: taking initial instructions; checking or serving notices: tenancy agreements and deposit protection: drafting and issuing claims; advising throughout and only one attendance at court (for standard proceedings).
Our costs are as follows:

Defended possession claims and counter-claims

Hourly Rates

Where a possession claim is defended, we charge by the hour. We will provide you with an itemised and detailed estimate of your likely costs including, court fees and other disbursements. You will be told the hourly rate at the outset of the proceedings. The rate will not exceed those listed below.

Our hourly rates are as follows:
